Mahindra today launches its facelifted Xylo

Mahindra & Mahindra today unveiled their new facelifted MPV Mahindra Xylo in Mumbai. The company launched Xylo in 2009 and since then this beautiful MPV is running successfully across the Indian automarket.

The new Mahindra Xylo 2012 is comes with a new fresh look, the company has made changes to some interior and exterior makeover with new Xylo. The Xylo 2012 now comes with new headlights with incorporated turn indicators, more rectangular grille and roof spoiler. The Xylo 2012 has also a numbers of interior features like cruise control, steering column mounted phone and audio controls and voice controls.
The company has made a major change with the engine of their new MPV, that is the new Xylo comes with mHawk lighter 2.2 liter engine which is used in the Mahindra Scorpio.
The 2012 Mahindra Xylo is available in five different variants, that are D4, D2, E8, E9 and E4. The E8 and E4 variants are designed for family variants and the D4 and D2 variants are for tourist and Fleet owners.
The D4 and D2 are the base variants which powered by 2.5 liter engine that generate 95PS of power with 220 newton meters of torque.
The E8 and E4 are the medium variants that will come with 2.5 liter engine which will generate 112PS of power with 260 newton meters of torque.
The E9 is the top model of Xylo that will come with mHawk 2.2 liter engine that will gives 120PS of power with 280 newton meters of torque. The dual zone AC and cruise control, while dual airbags, flatbed seats, individual AC vents also available in the top-of-the-line variant.
